Agent Pantheon is an editorial directory and community platform for AI tools. The Service, including all listings, rankings, descriptions, scores, battles, and other content, is provided for informational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness of any content, listing, or tool.

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion and without notice, reason, or liability, add, edit, re-rank, re-categorize, reject, suspend, hide, or permanently remove any listing, tool, profile, review, submission, campaign, or other content at any time. No person or entity has any right to be listed, to remain listed, to a particular ranking or placement, or to the continued availability of any content. Removal or modification of a listing does not entitle anyone to any refund, compensation, or claim of any kind.

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate any account, and reclaim any associated handle, listing, balance, or benefit, at our sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination, any coins, Premium, balances, and listings may be forfeited without refund.

Coins are a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access certain features within the Service. Coins are not your property, are not currency, and have no monetary or cash value. We may create, modify, devalue, expire, revoke, or discontinue coins, Premium, prices, or any feature at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation.

All purchases are final and non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display it in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, and you are solely responsible for your content.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false, infringing, or unlawful content, manipulating rankings, votes, reviews, or coins, attempting to access the Service through unauthorized means, or interfering with its operation or security. We may take any action we deem appropriate in response.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, or our personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
