Refund Policy

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. We do not provide refunds, credits (other than as described below), exchanges, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with the service, account closure or suspension, or inability to access the service.

Coins are a virtual, in-platform unit only. They have no monetary value, are not currency, and are never redeemable, convertible, or refundable for cash or any other thing of value outside the platform. Coins are non-transferable and non-returnable.

Once coins are purchased or spent, the transaction is complete and final. Unused coins are not refundable. Coins may expire, be devalued, or be revoked at our sole discretion, and we may change the price of coins or the cost of any item at any time without notice or compensation.

Premium unlocks and any other one-time or recurring upgrades are non-refundable once purchased, in whole or in part, including if you later lose access for any reason.

Advertising and placement spend is consumed as it is delivered (e.g. per click or impression) and is non-refundable once spent. Any remaining prepaid balance is non-refundable. We may pause, reject, modify, or remove any campaign or placement at any time at our sole discretion without refund.

All purchases are digital goods that are made available immediately. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period that might otherwise apply under any applicable law, to the fullest extent permitted.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute it, and to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any coins, balances, Premium, and listings associated with it, without refund.

We are under no obligation to provide any refund or credit. Where we choose, in our sole discretion, to make an accommodation, it will be issued only as platform coins or credit — never as cash — and does not entitle you to any future accommodation.
