Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven customer segmentation and helps recover abandoned cart revenue. On balance the feature set — especially website visitor identification — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is cart and product abandonment recovery — handled better than most — and identifies anonymous site visitors for remarketing. Pricing scales quickly with visitor volume is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with ESPs and ad platforms — handled better than most — and integrates with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta. Pricing scales quickly with visitor volume is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
