    Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: email and SMS remarketing workflows and helps recover abandoned cart revenue. Where it lags: pricing scales quickly with visitor volume. On balance the feature set — especially aI-driven customer segmentation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
