Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-based data extraction from documents — handled better than most — and handles varied document types and layouts. May require tuning for niche document formats is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces processing time and human error. Pre-built integrations with business tools fits neatly into how we already work, and pre-built integrations with business tools removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation and routing and reduces processing time and human error. Where it lags: may require tuning for niche document formats. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation and routing — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Integration setup can take initial effort, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Pre-built integrations with business tools just works and automates repetitive data entry tasks. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
