I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on agent and planner orchestration, and open source and backed by Microsoft caught me off guard. APIs have evolved with breaking changes is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for rapid prototyping and ideation. Text prompt to 3D environment generation fits neatly into how we already work, and explorable AI-generated worlds removed a step we used to do by hand. Output quality varies with prompt detail, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is detailed explanations of flagged behaviors — handled better than most — and helps identify subtle manipulation tactics. Accuracy depends on quality of input provided is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Context retrieval from code and documentation just works and tailored for technical and developer support. Requires integration setup to be effective can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversation intelligence and call recording and deep CRM integrations and activity sync. On balance the feature set — especially email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach in one workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
