Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on collaboration between multiple agents, and reduces need to juggle separate tools caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. On-demand virtual team access is exactly what I needed, and multiple specialized AI agents in one platform. I do wish may lack depth of human specialists, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multiple specialized AI agents in one platform. Project-based workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and collaboration between multiple agents removed a step we used to do by hand. May lack depth of human specialists, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is role-based AI agents for different tasks — handled better than most — and scales work capacity without new hires. May lack depth of human specialists is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
