Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom knowledge base for agent responses and customizable voices and conversation flows. Where it lags: usage-based pricing can scale quickly with call volume. On balance the feature set — especially drag-and-drop voice agent builder — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Inbound and outbound calling support just works and integrates with common CRMs and scheduling tools. Complex call flows can require significant setup time can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on call transcripts and analytics, and handles both inbound and outbound calls caught me off guard. Voice quality may vary across languages and accents is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is call transcripts and analytics — handled better than most — and handles both inbound and outbound calls. Usage-based pricing can scale quickly with call volume is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Drag-and-drop voice agent builder is exactly what I needed, and customizable voices and conversation flows. I do wish voice quality may vary across languages and accents, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
