Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integration with recruiting stacks and scales hiring capacity without adding recruiters. On balance the feature set — especially agentic AI recruiter workflows — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is personalized multi-channel outreach — handled better than most — and multi-channel engagement support. Autonomous outreach may feel impersonal if not tuned is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on agentic AI recruiter workflows, and 24/7 candidate outreach and follow-up caught me off guard. Less suited for highly niche or executive roles is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. Automated candidate sourcing just works and scales hiring capacity without adding recruiters. Autonomous outreach may feel impersonal if not tuned can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
