Where it lags: fewer collaboration features than larger competitors. On balance the feature set — especially cloud sync across devices — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on export and publish to multiple formats, and mind map view for visual outlining caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Organized folders and tagging is exactly what I needed, and cross-device sync across desktop and mobile. I do wish fewer collaboration features than larger competitors, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
