Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: sales conversation handling and multilingual conversation support. Where it lags: complex queries can still need human review. On balance the feature set — especially action execution via integrations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated support ticket resolution is exactly what I needed, and multilingual conversation support. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers both support and sales use cases. Omnichannel deployment (web, WhatsApp, social) fits neatly into how we already work, and unified customer interaction management removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multilingual AI agents, and works across web, WhatsApp, and social channels caught me off guard. Action capabilities depend on system integrations is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
