Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored to SMB use cases. AI voice agent for inbound calls fits neatly into how we already work, and integration with business workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. May struggle with highly complex or technical queries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Call routing and escalation rules is exactly what I needed, and 24/7 call coverage without hiring staff. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable greetings and scripts, and tailored to SMB use cases caught me off guard. Customization depth depends on plan tier is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
