  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and 24/7 call coverage without hiring staff. Integration with business workflows fits neatly into how we already work, and call routing and escalation rules removed a step we used to do by hand. May struggle with highly complex or technical queries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
