Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Enterprise system integrations is exactly what I needed, and focus on workflow automation across departments. I do wish custom build process can mean longer onboarding, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: enterprise system integrations and targets measurable efficiency improvements. Where it lags: limited public pricing transparency. On balance the feature set — especially conversational and task-execution capabilities — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
