Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom AI agent development, and multi-channel deployment caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with business tools and data is exactly what I needed, and custom-built for specific workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: back-office task automation and multi-channel deployment. Where it lags: custom setup may require longer onboarding. On balance the feature set — especially omnichannel customer service support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
