We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multi-channel deployment. Context-aware conversational handling fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow-specific configuration removed a step we used to do by hand. Less suitable for teams wanting a plug-and-play tool, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
