Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: designed for enterprise cost savings and customizable AI agents for different workflows. On balance the feature set — especially designed for enterprise cost savings — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom AI agent deployment, and focused on tangible cost reduction caught me off guard. May require setup and integration effort is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom AI agent deployment — handled better than most — and customizable AI agents for different workflows. Effectiveness depends on quality of company data is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable AI agents for different workflows. Scalable support operations fits neatly into how we already work, and custom AI agent deployment removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup and integration effort, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
