Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Conversational AI agent for candidates just works and frees recruiters to focus on higher-value tasks. AI conversations may feel impersonal to some candidates can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles high-volume pipelines without delays. Conversational AI agent for candidates fits neatly into how we already work, and structured data capture from conversations removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and tuning to match company tone, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational AI agent for candidates, and provides consistent candidate experience caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on quality of role data provided is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integration with hiring workflows is exactly what I needed, and handles high-volume pipelines without delays. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
