Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on live agent handoff and co-pilot tools, and industry-specific templates speed up implementation caught me off guard. Advanced customization can require technical expertise is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. WhatsApp Business and multi-channel support just works and combines rule-based flows with generative AI. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pre-built bots for vertical use cases — handled better than most — and omnichannel deployment across web, app, and messaging platforms. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and omnichannel deployment across web, app, and messaging platforms. NLU and intent recognition engine fits neatly into how we already work, and live agent handoff and co-pilot tools removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
