Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Shareable chatbot links just works and no-code setup for non-technical users. Answer quality depends on source data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

On balance the feature set — especially embeddable chat widget for any site — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for support and internal knowledge. Shareable chatbot links fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-source knowledge base support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
