I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is prebuilt skills and industry templates — handled better than most — and strong enterprise integrations with major business systems. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Conversational AI engine with NLU and dialog management just works and industry-specific solutions for healthcare, banking, and HR. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Flexible cloud and on-premise deployment is exactly what I needed, and omnichannel support across voice, chat, and messaging. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
