Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Spend analytics and reporting is exactly what I needed, and automates time-consuming sourcing tasks. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: price benchmarking across suppliers and identifies cost-saving opportunities across vendors. On balance the feature set — especially healthcare-specific procurement intelligence — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is price benchmarking across suppliers — handled better than most — and focused on healthcare-specific procurement needs. Limited public information on pricing and scale is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and focused on healthcare-specific procurement needs. Recommendations for cost optimization fits neatly into how we already work, and healthcare-specific procurement intelligence removed a step we used to do by hand. Niche focus limits use outside healthcare, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on vendor and contract analysis, and identifies cost-saving opportunities across vendors caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
