Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-channel deployment (web, WhatsApp, email), and automates repetitive support queries 24/7 caught me off guard. Complex issues still need human handoff is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multilingual conversation support is exactly what I needed, and multilingual responses out of the box. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Generative AI chatbot for customer support just works and omnichannel deployment across chat and messaging apps. Complex issues still need human handoff can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
