Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with CRMs and business workflows. CRM and app integrations for live actions fits neatly into how we already work, and scalable to thousands of concurrent calls removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Autonomous task execution during calls fits neatly into how we already work, and autonomous task execution during calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Setup and training require time investment, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: human-like conversational voice agent and handles long, natural-sounding phone conversations. On balance the feature set — especially scalable to thousands of concurrent calls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on outbound and inbound call handling, and handles long, natural-sounding phone conversations caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
