We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles long, natural-sounding phone conversations. Outbound and inbound call handling fits neatly into how we already work, and scalable to thousands of concurrent calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited transparency on pricing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
