Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: unified campaign workflow management and reduces handoff errors between teams. Where it lags: best suited to teams running complex campaigns. On balance the feature set — especially multi-channel campaign tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces handoff errors between teams. Multi-channel campaign tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and cross-channel ad trafficking removed a step we used to do by hand. Value depends on adoption across departments, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Team collaboration and visibility just works and improves visibility across campaign stages. Onboarding required to align existing workflows can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
