  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps capture action items and decisions. Multi-platform meeting support fits neatly into how we already work, and action item and key point extraction removed a step we used to do by hand. May struggle with heavy accents or jargon, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
