We rolled this out across the team last quarter and designed specifically for hotels and hospitality. CRM, PMS, and webhook integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and chatbots and automated replies removed a step we used to do by hand. Hospitality focus may limit fit for other industries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
