Shared WhatsApp inbox for teams fits neatly into how we already work, and cRM, PMS, and webhook integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Focused mainly on WhatsApp, not other channels, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Conversation analytics and agent reporting just works and supports broadcasts, templates, and chatbots. Advanced features may require technical setup can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. WhatsApp Business API access is exactly what I needed, and official API for integrations and automation. I do wish hospitality focus may limit fit for other industries, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
