I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is interaction review and auditing — handled better than most — and supports governance for production deployments. Value depends on having multiple agents in use is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Where it lags: value depends on having multiple agents in use. On balance the feature set — especially interaction review and auditing — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
