Chat-only interface may not suit complex workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is draft and approval workflow — handled better than most — and aI caption generation speeds up content creation. Worth the time if this is your use case.
