Pretty happy overall. The onboarding just works and the value for money is strong. The docs could be deeper can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is unified contacts management — handled better than most — and combines email, calendar, tasks, and contacts in one tool. WhatsApp support not yet available is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and lowers the barrier for non-modelers. Web-based workflow fits neatly into how we already work, and web-based workflow removed a step we used to do by hand. Output quality varies with prompt complexity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. On-demand expert-style responses is exactly what I needed, and helps clarify complex insurance concepts. I do wish not a substitute for licensed professionals, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
