Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable greetings and scripts and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Where it lags: may struggle with highly nuanced conversations. On balance the feature set — especially appointment booking and scheduling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Call routing and message taking just works and reduces missed-call revenue loss. May struggle with highly nuanced conversations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
