Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customizable greetings and scripts and lower ongoing cost than a human receptionist. Where it lags: may struggle with highly nuanced conversations. On balance the feature set — especially 24/7 automated call answering — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
