Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-driven task automation, and centralizes planning, tracking, and collaboration caught me off guard. Learning curve for teams new to AI workflows is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated status updates and reminders and suitable for teams of varying sizes. On balance the feature set — especially aI summaries and suggestions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-driven task automation — handled better than most — and aI automates repetitive task and project work. Learning curve for teams new to AI workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Team collaboration workspace is exactly what I needed, and suitable for teams of varying sizes. I do wish may overlap with existing project tools in use, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
