Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: one-click browser access and automates repetitive web tasks. Where it lags: limited to web-based workflows. On balance the feature set — especially custom prompt workflows — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates repetitive web tasks. ChatGPT-powered page assistance fits neatly into how we already work, and custom prompt workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Form filling and data extraction fits neatly into how we already work, and on-page content summarization removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to web-based workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Form filling and data extraction just works and natural-language command interface. Effectiveness depends on ChatGPT availability can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
