Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated notes and action items is exactly what I needed, and streamlines 1:1 prep and follow-ups. I do wish value depends on consistent adoption, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: context summaries on direct reports and streamlines 1:1 prep and follow-ups. Where it lags: value depends on consistent adoption. On balance the feature set — especially team goal and progress tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-assisted 1:1 meeting prep, and purpose-built for people managers caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team goal and progress tracking — handled better than most — and purpose-built for people managers. May require integration with existing HR tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
