Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: agentic workflow builder and suitable for production use cases. Where it lags: may need tuning for specialized workflows. On balance the feature set — especially accuracy-focused agent execution — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports multi-step workflow automation. Configurable agent behavior fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-step task orchestration removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires technical setup to get full value, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
