Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automated follow-ups for overdue tasks. Scheduled and recurring reminders fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language task creation removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires admin setup and permissions, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Task assignment to team members just works and understands natural language reminders. Requires admin setup and permissions can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scheduled and recurring reminders and runs natively inside Microsoft Teams. Where it lags: requires admin setup and permissions. On balance the feature set — especially natural language task creation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Daily and weekly task summaries fits neatly into how we already work, and overdue task escalation removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires admin setup and permissions, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is overdue task escalation — handled better than most — and useful for distributed and async teams. Requires admin setup and permissions is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
