Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines human chat and AI agents in one interface. Shared channels for humans and AI agents fits neatly into how we already work, and shared channels for humans and AI agents removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires team buy-in to replace existing chat tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on shared channels for humans and AI agents, and reduces context switching between tools caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Direct messaging with configurable assistants is exactly what I needed, and reduces context switching between tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
