Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Performance monitoring and audit logs just works and no-code training and supervision interface. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Document understanding and data extraction is exactly what I needed, and designed for enterprise governance and oversight. I do wish primarily targeted at enterprise budgets, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI agents for end-to-end workflow automation — handled better than most — and no-code training and supervision interface. Initial setup and training require time investment is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with enterprise applications, and no-code training and supervision interface caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: human-in-the-loop supervision controls and combines LLM reasoning with task execution. Where it lags: limited public pricing transparency. On balance the feature set — especially performance monitoring and audit logs — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
