Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Plain-language safety tips just works and explains why content is flagged. Not a substitute for antivirus tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Plain-language safety tips is exactly what I needed, and useful for non-technical users. I do wish relies on user to submit content, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: risk scoring with explanations and covers multiple scam formats. Where it lags: cannot catch every novel scam. On balance the feature set — especially suspicious link detection — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for non-technical users. Suspicious link detection fits neatly into how we already work, and phishing pattern recognition removed a step we used to do by hand. Relies on user to submit content, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
