Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Support for common audio formats just works and reduces manual transcription effort. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and straightforward, focused workflow. Support for common audio formats fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven speech-to-text engine removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited details on language support, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on support for common audio formats, and quick turnaround on audio files caught me off guard. May struggle with heavy accents or overlapping speech is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
