I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is sentiment and positioning analysis — handled better than most — and useful for both brand monitoring and GEO strategy. Worth the time if this is your use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for both brand monitoring and GEO strategy. Prompt and query monitoring fits neatly into how we already work, and prompt and query monitoring removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing may be steep for small teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on source and citation attribution, and focused specifically on AI search visibility caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
