Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team collaboration on shared workflows — handled better than most — and clean, modern visual builder. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Triggers via webhooks, schedules, forms, and app events is exactly what I needed, and aI agents integrated directly into workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-step workflow builder with AI steps and wide range of app integrations. Where it lags: advanced AI features can require trial and error. On balance the feature set — especially human-in-the-loop approval and review tasks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Triggers via webhooks, schedules, forms, and app events is exactly what I needed, and clean, modern visual builder. I do wish smaller ecosystem than Zapier or Make, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI agents for drafting, classification, and reasoning, and aI agents integrated directly into workflows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
