Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Manufacturing-specific reasoning agents is exactly what I needed, and supports both engineers and operators. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Manufacturing-specific reasoning agents just works and handles multi-step reasoning tasks. Narrow focus outside manufacturing can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is manufacturing-specific reasoning agents — handled better than most — and integrates with operational data sources. Likely requires integration work is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge capture and transfer tools and supports both engineers and operators. On balance the feature set — especially integration with ERP and MES systems — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and domain-tuned for manufacturing use cases. Knowledge capture and transfer tools fits neatly into how we already work, and integration with ERP and MES systems removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing and availability not transparent, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
