Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Team collaboration and assignments is exactly what I needed, and aI-generated action plans from goals. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and aI-generated action plans from goals. AI assistant for planning guidance fits neatly into how we already work, and team collaboration and assignments removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for teams new to OKR-style planning, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Integrated workspace for strategy and execution fits neatly into how we already work, and integrated workspace for strategy and execution removed a step we used to do by hand. Less suited to large enterprise workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: impact-based task prioritization and aI-generated action plans from goals. Where it lags: learning curve for teams new to OKR-style planning. On balance the feature set — especially progress tracking and dashboards — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
