Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: password-protected app and site blocking and helps enforce self-imposed limits. Where it lags: strict design may frustrate some users. On balance the feature set — especially screen time scheduling — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Focus enforcement for distracting apps is exactly what I needed, and useful for breaking compulsive app habits. I do wish strict design may frustrate some users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
