Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for benchmarking against competitors. Multi-platform coverage including ChatGPT and AI Overviews fits neatly into how we already work, and link citation and source reporting removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: link citation and source reporting and scheduled prompt runs for ongoing trend data. Where it lags: pricing may be steep for small site owners. On balance the feature set — especially team and agency workspace support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is historical data and trend charts — handled better than most — and monitors both brand mentions and link citations. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom prompt monitoring on AI search engines just works and monitors both brand mentions and link citations. Coverage limited to supported AI platforms can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
