Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Accessible web-based platform just works and suitable for sensitive or proprietary work. Limited public information about underlying models can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: accessible web-based platform and suitable for sensitive or proprietary work. Where it lags: fewer integrations and plugins than competitors. On balance the feature set — especially private AI chat interface — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversational assistance for research and writing — handled better than most — and suitable for sensitive or proprietary work. Smaller ecosystem than established AI platforms is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on reduced data retention policies, and positioned as an independent alternative to mainstream chatbots caught me off guard. Limited public information about underlying models is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
